The world-renowned L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele has arrived in Bangkok, bringing authentic Neapolitan pizza made with the original 1870 recipe, time-honoured techniques, and Italian-imported ingredients—just as in Naples.
Michele Condurro, son of Salvatore, perfected the craft he learned from the famed masters of Torre Annunziata, specialists in dough preparation, kneading, and the art of baking pizza.
That tradition continues today in Bangkok.
In Naples, the Condurro family began a legacy of pizza making in 1870.
